Refund Policy

All products sold on ReillyInnerCircle.com are digital products and are delivered immediately upon purchase.

Because of the nature of digital content, all sales are considered final and no refunds will be given unless a specific refund policy is explicitly stated on the product’s sales page. 

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must submit a support ticket through our official support system:

Refund requests made via email, social media, chargebacks, or any other channel will not be processed.

Your request must include:

  • The email address used to purchase

  • The product name

  • Your reason for requesting a refund

If your purchase includes a refund policy, your refund request must be submitted within the applicable refund period (such as 60 days) stated on the product’s sales page. Refund requests that meet the stated eligibility criteria and are submitted within the applicable timeframe will be reviewed and processed accordingly.

Refund Consequences & Purchase Eligibility

Due to the nature of our business and to protect our intellectual property:

  • Any customer who requests and receives a refund will be permanently barred from purchasing from us again.

  • This includes all future:

    • Digital products

    • Memberships

    • Groups

    • Coaching programs

    • Community access

Refunded customers will be blacklisted from all current and future offers under the Reilly Inner Circle brand and related properties.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute instead of submitting a proper support ticket will result in:

  • Immediate account termination

  • Permanent ban from all future purchases and access

  • Possible submission of evidence to the payment processor

We strongly encourage contacting support first so we can resolve issues properly.
